Porsche has partnered with Boeing to explore the “urban air mobility market” and make the idea of flying cars a reality.

The carmaker is taking initial steps to design a concept vehicle that could take cars to new heights and can take off instead of being stuck on the ground (in traffic!). While this technology seems far in the future, many of these concepts are already being explored in Boeing’s NeXt and its subsidiary, Aurora Flight Sciences division.
Both companies are committed to innovating the market for consumer vehicles and each bring with them a unique set of skills to advance a future with flying vehicles.
