I urge you to support the Air Force by fully funding the F-15EX program.

The Air Force is smaller today than at any time in our nation’s history and risks shrinking even further as aging F-15C Eagles are retired. F-15EX is critical to prevent the loss of these combat squadrons and avoid capability gaps that no other fighter in the Air Force inventory can fill.

F-15EX delivers unparalleled next-generation capabilities on an airframe that is undefeated in air-to-air combat. It flies faster and farther and carries more weapons than any other Air Force fighter. Added to that are the world’s fastest mission computer and the most powerful radar and most advanced electronic warfare jamming system in the Air Force fighter inventory.  These advantages combine to make F-15EX survivable and lethal against the constantly evolving capabilities of our adversaries – all at roughly half the operating cost of other aircraft.

At a time when the Air Force is fighting a readiness crisis, F-15EX is the only option to replace retiring F-15Cs without rendering combat squadrons unable to deploy for years at a time as units transition to new aircraft. F-15EX is designed specifically to use existing Air Force buildings, parts and tools to minimize costs and ensure that our fighter units are always available to deploy in defense of our nation.

Our national security and the safety of our deployed troops depends on the Air Force’s ability to guarantee global air superiority. Please protect against further cuts to Air Force readiness and capabilities by supporting full funding for F-15EX.
