America Needs Modernized Chinooks

The Army’s heavy-lift workhorse needs your help. Right now, there is no planned funding to modernize the iconic CH-47 Chinook helicopter.

The Chinook is the Army’s primary heavy-lift helicopter that transports troops, ammunition, and equipment. It’s the only Army aircraft that can transport a Joint Light Tactical Vehicle or M777 Howitzer. Its digital cockpit, advanced airframe, and lift capability allow it to fly higher, faster, and safer.

It is also a made-in-America heavy lifter for U.S. manufacturing jobs with 20,000 workers at more than 200 suppliers in 38 states.
